Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Tracking

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after your order has been shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow additional time before contacting us, as carrier scans can sometimes be delayed.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
